On Ebearstore.com you can switch between prices in Euro, GBP and US$.
Customers in the Netherlands and Belgium are only allowed to pay in Euro.
Customers in the European Union have pay in Euro.
Customers in the UK can pay in GBP.
All the customers outside the European Union can pay in US$.
In the Euro / GBP price is 21% VAT included.
Ebearstore accepts payment over the secure online site.
We accept Paypal, Visa and Mastercard in Euro, US$ and GBP.
The goods will stay property of Ebearstore till paid.
Reservations and pre-ordering
You can reserve a bear at Ebearstore.
We do not ask for a deposit as long as the bear is not in stock; so pre-ordering is free!
When the bear is in stock, we ask a deposit of 25%.
With amounts up to € 500,00 ( US$ 500.00 / GBP 400.00) you have to pay the rest of the amount in 3 equal monthly payments.
With amounts of € 500,00 (US$ 500.00 / GBP 400.00) you can pay the rest of the amount in a maximum of 5 equal monthly payments.
Reserverd bears will kept reserved for a maximum of 4 weeks without deposit.
Cancellations of a reserved bear (animal) after a deposit has been paid, are accepted, but will be charged a 10% cancellation fee.
The rest of the amount will be available as a credit for the next purchase at Ebearstore.
Placed orders that are in stock at Ebearstore, will be shipped within 3 days after receiveing your payment.
We will sent you an email with the tracking information, so you can follow your parcel online.
We ship to the US with FedEx and that will take around 3 days. (unless your parcel is very big; than shipping can take up till 2 weeks)
To the rest of the world it depends and can be up till 2 weeks, but always feel free to ask inadvance.
When the item you ordered is not in stock we will contact you and try to deliver the item as soon as possible.
Ebearstore can never be held responsible for late deliveries and there will be no compensation for late deliveries.
A late delivery does not give the customer the right to cancel or refuse the order.
When the delevery gets excessive delayed Ebearstore will contact the customer.
Ebearstore only accepts reclamations within 14 days after receipt of the goods.
The reclamation, with clear mentioning of the complaint, can be done by:

Ebearstore does its best to use the best pictures and images available.
Due to technical grounds the colour of the pictures can differ and are therefore never binding.
Ebearstore in Dordrecht, the Netherlands, has a customer satisfaction guarantee.
When you are not happy with your selection, call us within 14 days of your receipt of your order to receive a return authorization.
Shipping costs will not be refunded. You will be responsible to ship and insure the item to be returned in mint condition.
Returns on AMC or layaway items will receive a store credit.
Please note: No returns on special order items and sales.
Adress on door:
Please make sure that the address on the door / beside the bell is the same as the adress you used in the shipping information.
When a parcel can not be delivered, becasue there is a different name at the door, we will not refund the shippingcosts you paid.
The parcel will only be shipped again, after you paid the shippingcosts again.
The Dutch law will apply on every agreement between you and Ebearstore.
Disputes between parties will brought to court in the Netherlands.
